KytchenPulse is an AI-powered platform that offers kitchen operations management tools, including inventory management, analytics, menu optimization, and staff scheduling, through a web-based dashboard.

3. User Accounts

Registration: Users must register for an account by providing accurate information.
Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities under your account.
Unauthorized Access: Notify us promptly of unauthorized use or security breaches.

4. Free Trial & Subscriptions

We may offer a 60-day free trial of our Services, subject to eligibility. No credit card is required for trial.
After the trial ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Services.
Paid plans are billed either annually or monthly, as specified in your chosen plan.

5. Fees, Billing, and Refunds

Fees: Fees are payable in advance of the subscription period.
Cancel Anytime: You may cancel at any time.
No Refunds: Paid fees are non-refundable. Cancellation stops renewal but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use the Services only for lawful, internal business purposes. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to: reverse engineering, unauthorized copying, or redistributing our platform; using our Services to violate any laws or infringe third-party rights.
